About our holistic centre

Established in October 2004 by Ita McEnnis, N-RICH Holistic Centre is situated directly opposite “The Hurlers” pub on the Dublin Road in Castletroy, Limerick.

At present the Centre focuses on holistic healing therapies. This means that information on lifestyle, personality and medical history is used to focus therapies to suit each individual client. A consultation is taken with every first-time client and records are updated after each visit. This is to ensure that treatments are specially adapted and tailored for each client at each visit. We know how various events in ones life can affect our well-being hour-to-hour and day-to-day, so what was ideal for one visit may not be indicated at all at the next one.

At N-RICH we follow the principle that the body is self-regulating given the correct healing environment – primarily a relaxed state. We help the client to heal themselves, always keeping in mind that any condition which took years to develop to the point where symptoms manifest themselves, is going to take time to heal also. The ability to relax and so to heal, is a major tool for managing the various stresses in our lives and indeed in the world as a whole.
